All returns must be initiated within ten (10) business days of confirmed receipt your Lullaby Supply products and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which can be obtained through Lullaby Supply customer service at (800) 507-5742. Returned products, including the original packaging, must be in new and unused condition, otherwise they cannot be returned. All unauthorized returns will be rejected by Lullaby Supply. Individual dealers' own return policies are not honoured by Lullaby Supply.

To return an item that has been damaged or is defective, please call Level of Discoveries' toll-free customer service number (866-980-2536) and they will be happy to assist you.
If you have assembled the item, please disassemble and carefully repack all pieces and hardware in their original packaging to avoid damage. Items damaged due to return shipping will not be refunded/replaced.
